We're beyond excited to share our special day with you! To ensure everything runs smoothly and you have an amazing time, we've put together this handy FAQ guide. Please take a minute to read through it, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

What date should I RSVP by?

While we would love you to RSVP as soon as possible please ensure you RSVP by no later than 12 April. If you do not RSVP we will assume you are not able to attend.

What is the address of the venue?

Florence Farm, Chrissiesmeer, South Africa
You'll find us on the N17, just 5km outside Chrissiesmeer, heading towards the Kruger National Park and Swaziland.

Do you have an accommodation block booking for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We've arranged block bookings at the venue and various B&Bs in the area. Check out the accommodation tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Please arrive by 2:00 pm at the latest. You're welcome to arrive as early as 1:45pm to grab a drink, find your seat, and get settled. Latecomers will need to join us at the canapés.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We're going for creative black tie! Think formal suits and evening dresses. Check out "The Details" page for more inspiration.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We've got options for everyone! When you RSVP, please let us know about any dietary needs, and we'll make sure to accommodate you.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, canapés, and reception will be indoors, where it's cozy and warm. There will be lawn games, a bonfire, and photo ops outside, so be sure to bundle up!

Will there be an open bar?

We've got you covered! Enjoy a complimentary cocktail at canapés, wine on the tables, and a hosted bar tab for beer, wine, and ciders. When the tab limit is reached, a cash bar will be available.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask you to kindly put your phones away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers and videographers capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

We'd love to see your photos! Just remember to tag us and use our hashtag #happilyeveredwards

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

We're skipping the traditional registry. Your presence is the best gift! However, if you'd like to contribute to our camping trailer fund, we'd be grateful. See "The Details" page for more info.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Join us for a post-wedding breakfast on Sunday, 13 July! We can't wait to swap stories and share laughs.

What will the weather be like?

Our wedding is in July, so it's going to be chilly! But don't worry, the venue is cozy and warm, with plenty of heaters and fireplaces to keep you snug. Just be prepared for a quick cold snap when walking from the ceremony to the reception.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If your plus one is included, they'll be named in the email invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love kids, but our wedding and reception are adult-only events (except for our adorable ring bearers and flower girls). Consider it a parents' night out!
